A-1 on the table. I honestly have to admit, I am much more a ketchup gal if anything with my steaks, and actually am happy with just a little
Montreal Steak Seasoning (and why is it called that? I looked and really couldn't find anything definitive... other than it was introduced in 1990 by a company called Club House seasoning in Canada), sprinkled on top. But that is just me.
Lunch tommorrow at Maggianos. Tis the season for the full belly!
