so ... I have an upstairs neighbor again

The lady that came by the house at 9:30 on Saturday night last weekend? Well she is buying the condo above me. It was inevitable. The unit was a foreclosure (gladly I would imagine) and was priced pretty cheaply (about 8 grand below what I would offer for mine that is for durn shure) so I knew that it was definately going to sell here pretty soon. It has been such a gift to NOT have anyone living above me.

But I will say this... seriously... they are walking around up there I think and I can't hear anything. Insert major huge sigh here.
