They brought out ALL the big guns and by 9:30 tonite, the suspect surrendered. It was all incredibly freakie but ended safely for everyone in the complex. The Renter dude is going to jail, his girl friend hopefully will be getting the help she needs and the baby will have a chance. No one could come in or out of the complex and the police did their job to perfection. Of course I am biased as hell, but seriously... it all ended with the best of results.
