Urban Kvetch, I guess its a new programme offered up by Kol-Halev. I'll go. Finally something "urban" and Jewish that doesn't involve mingling around with a cocktail in my hand trying to have intellegent conversation with someone who is Jewish. The Jewish singles events here (of which I haven't been to one in say like a year maybe) are all very difficult to maneuver. Maybe just maybe this will be a better venue to just meet people that there is some commonality with. I fig if they read Heeb Magazine there just may possibly be a sence of humor and sence of pride in faith.

Dinner was so fantastic last night. Yum. Mee. The Art Fair thingie was great too. I regret now not buying this print from a photographer from Nebraska and I am an idiot for not getting his card either. I don't even remember his first name even though we kibbitzed for a while. Oh well. Ce' Le Vie. Not worth driving back down to Boulder (I learned that the elevation is lower there than in Denver...who knew) and have to manipulate the crowds and parking for a $20 print.

Good thoughts for my GMa D, who is having some surgery / heart business taken care of on a preliminary level on Tuesday. To be absolutely honest, I am totally freaked out and more than just a little scared. I would NEVER tell her that, all I do want to ask is that you think good thoughts, say a mishaberach for her and hopefully on Wednesday the news from this point will be really good. Good thoughts and good prayers are more than welcome.
