If you need me, pretty much for the next couple days I will be in my kitchen getting my sweets trays ready, mondel bread and the like. I really would like to get the recipe for my Grandma's kreplach this year too. We talk about it every year and I never follow through. But this year will be the difference because I am going to make them! I have like five left from a couple years ago in my freezer when she made them. This year I would like to make them for her!
We'll see if she relinquishes the recipie. I just don't know.
Tommorrow at work if time allows I am going to try and find a couple new recipies to try. I really want to find a good simple recipie for honey cake. My family has never really ever that I can remember "done" honey cake. Maybe it is really gross. But what the heck, I will try.
Oh and Happy Birthday Dad! Can't wait for Corporate Red Sauce Joint tommorrow night for dinner! It will be so good!
