The Obsession Ceases

Glad that lasted less than a week. If I went more than that I would have ended up in the same bar with the same lame ass results.

"stanburg" sent me a freakin' hillareous email today in responce to my captioning a really funny picture that "the boys" had taken. I couldn't help myself and thank goodness Paint Shop Pro exists because seriously, I couldn't have done it with out it.

Bored with TV. LAX has seriously got me thrown. I hate it and it is ruining seriously the only guilty pleasure that I have left on Monday nights....Las Vegas. But I fear very much that I am going to have to give them both up...shearly on the principle that LAX sucks so bad. Heather? Stop producing honey, go back to special guest starring roles. Oh it is so bad.

I have a good friend whose Mother is dying in the hospital. I am feeling rather helpless about the whole thing. I don't know what to do, other than be supportive. I can't wave a magic wand and make the pain and the situation end as that clearly is verrrrry unlikely. So good thoughts for my friends J and D whose mother (and mother in law respectively) is going to die in the next 48 to 72 hours. Very sad.
