One of them would be finding a new blog that just makes me smile. The other would be something so ingenious that I can't believe that I haven't ever seen it before Witold Ridel took some pictures over a half hour period of people visiting the Mona Lisa. Nary a picture of the Mona Lisa, but the people looking at the Mona Lisa. It is absolutely brilliant. 12:21 from 2001 is my favorite of that year. And the change to 2003 is sublime. The artwork on the wall across from where he stood, to the technology people have to capture their moment with the painting (and the fact that five minutes is captured every 15 seconds instead of one a minute).
Witold Riedel.... his writing is really great too. I could wrap myself up in his warm sentimental kind generous verbage.
