So apparantly the commenting system that I use is down. (*edited to add: its back*) No big deal considering no one comments anyways, which is a blessing in disguise. I will say this though, it is a little annoying considering I was very close to paying for a year. Guess I just saved me a little money.

I have spent the last couple of days completely miserable with an allergy to something of which I do not know what it is. Hydrocortisone cream is my friend. I have been sneezing up a storm, coughing and nearly choked... coughed so hard I actually saw stars (little black and silver ones very very scarey) earlier tonite, and then the rash. Oy the rash. Knee level to my collar bones. Two days of wanting to scratch but knowing not the best of ideas.

I felt like I was sitting on needles for two days in the office. yes... I went into work. Don't ask (oh yeah you can't no commenting system in working order!) I haven't taken a sick day in 7 years, not starting now!

So tonite's Chanukah treat was tender loin, grilled to complete perfection and a trip to Dazbog Coffee for some coffee for the weekend. (seriously, and I know of what I speak here... this is the best and freshest coffee I have had the pleasure of drinking.... and they are super super nice people!)

I am hunkered in for the night... no Matzawhateveritiscalledthisyear for me. I got four seperate spamlike emails about it today. Apparantly they are concerned about people walking in the door... $30 bucks is a lot for a Denver party, with one drink coupon...they should be. And the constant barage of emails was annoying and I will not patronize an event that equates spam to good publicity.

Besides, and this is perhaps going out on a limb, but I am too old. A couple of years ago I myself ridiculed people my age for being there. So I don't want to feel like a hypocrite now do I?
