Happy Chanukah

So this year I plan to celebrate all 8 days and nights each in a very to me spectacular way.

And for those of you celebrating the Festival of Lights... I hope that your holiday is most celebratory and that you find a way to make each day of this season spectacular.

May you go to your towns matza / balls/ palooza whatever they call it, catch up with old friends and make new ones!

Make a driedel, have a little shiker and eat plenty of latkes (I can't vouch for this recipe, all I will say is Sunday night at my Mom and Dad's house?! I will be in latke heaven, hers are the best EVAH!)!
