And for the record I am shocked (entirely too shocked) that no one has put that up on You Tubes yet. Maybe later.
Went to the dentist today. Good marks from the dentist. That is what you get when you floss kids. The good report. Ok so I flossed a good maybe 12 times, but once a month is better than nothing.
Took Herschel to his doctor for a well baby check up and he met with the substitute Doc, Donald. He is a rock star, he was super attentive, was really nice and enthusiastic and gave me a good report. I realized that Herschel is probably 13 years old and not 10 like I though which is kinda sad because honestly it means that I have 3 less years than I want. I almost cried. Doctor Donald saw and said the following "but he is healthy like a 10 year old puppy... but watch his patellas". Phew aversion. Also he salvaged the relationship with that vet. I was really pissed at the vet for his not calling in March when they took out a bunch of teeth and didn't call to tell me. But this guy saved the relationship by being very kind and telling me what to look for and said that Herschel is very healthy and youthful and that makes all the difference and to keep up what I am doing. Oh so its ok that I carry him on my hip, give him tons of Pupcorn and generally treat him like a child? He said... its working. Ok I am not freaking out anymore. But I was for like a sec.
My thoughts really go out to those displaced in Bangledesh. The tigers of Bangledesh, the fisherman, the whole area of India is going to be impacted and its so very sad and I hope people are all ok as much as they can be.
