These mirrors are definately cool and have a strange shall we say near "carnival" "fun house" mirror-esqueness to them. I might have to go to the store and try and find out how much they are. I think the bigger one will look great in my living room.

In other news, the shooting in Seattle has me a little upset. I didn't know anything about it going down today as I was too busy at work to surf the internet and read my newsfeeders. I found out about it on an aquaintance's blog. She was whining about her shopping trip being diverted because she would have "been stuck" near where this happened. All I can think is...holy crap, terrorism is starting here, again. When I was in Israel we were taught, don't pick anything up, don't look anyone in the eye unless you know them kind of thing and honestly I try and even adhere to that now for the most part. My "sister" had to move with her husband and kids from their apartment in Haifa because of the situation and honestly... it makes me so sad. I stay clear from political ranting and raving here because all it potentially does is fan the flames but this shit sucks. And I am sad that someone lost thier life today because some fundamentalist nutjob decides he hates and his hatred excuses his murdering an innocent person. And the ADL leader (read the last paragraph of article is telling Jewish people to "not congregrate" ... this all before Shabbos. That really is a kicker.

Its all very upsetting to me. I hope this nutjob spends a nice long time in jail for murder and attempted murder (and maybe they will go for the unborn child being a victim too...if I was a procescuter, I would). Keep him in the sukkah for a nice long time. One more crazy off the streets.
