Dear Intestinal Tract...

I am really sorry for whatEVER I did to completely piss you off. What ever it was I assure you I didn't do it intentionally. Its been short of 20 hours now and you really should be over what ever it is that made you so mad at me. The last time I was this sick was when I ate Taco Bell for the last time in what was it ... November of 1996? 10 years ago or so. All I know is all my plans for the day, which included going up to Boulder to get some birthday present gifties and the Honda dealership to look at a possible new car are completely twarted as leaving the house for a 35 minute drive worries me.

Nice guy across the hall told me today that he is moving. Bummer. He wasn't by any stretch of the imagination as wonderful a neighbor as the people that lived there before (allavie) but he was in fact nice and quiet and never home. He got a job in Indiana and is moving. So he is going to rent the place out. He told me this morning he wanted me to meet the person that may be moving in because he doesn't want someone "not nice" moving in. That certainly IS nice. But really... I don't care. I think that there are enough problems in this world to worry about who may be renting across the hall is silly. After all the people I adored so much were renters until they bought and that worked out fantastically.

I was supposed to meet PoPo for breakfast this morning. I obviously had to flake. I hope she understands, she said that she did, but still I really have to wonder. But really it so wasn't going to happen.

I though am really annoyed because I wanted so desperately to get up to Boulder this afternoon. I have on my list of places to go that included

here, because if there is one thing that I love is chocolate AND earl grey (the more bergomot the better), and the bakery isn't open on Sundays. I need to go to The Peppercorn there is a cookbook on my to look at list that the Denver Library doesn't have, and I would like to see it before I buy it, and they will have it at for sure (they have everything). I love to wander through Paper Doll and buy some tchocke that I definately do not need. I have wanted to go to Good Use for a couple of years, not that I need any refurbed furniture, but I am always very interested in redo/reworked and repurposed stuff. I have ideas of where I want to go and what stores I want to go to, but I am super nervous about shlepping all the way up there and have this spastic belly/intestine thing happening.

Oy.

But seriously.... we are talking earl grey chocolates here. Lord. I may have to suck it up and take some pepto tabs with me and just get on with it already.
