This year wasn't so traumatic and gastronomically devestating as in the past. I only bought two boxes of matza this year and only opened one. I feel pretty good about that. I didn't eat as much salad as I wanted to, but I will say I didn't eat badly by any stretch of the imagination.
Arye Gross looks really old and tiyard on Law and Order: Criminal Intent. But Daryll Hammond looks fantastic and I really keep waiting for him to "do" Clinton or something. Its very distracting. So that is why I posting to the blog instead of watching tv.
With the Bro out of the United States I am going to be the best sister ever, not only am I taping Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy for the soon to be sister-in-law, I am taping the NEW (and I can hardly wait to watch it myself) Family Guy. I am so excited. Better than South Park. Sorry Trey and Matt, but Seth McFarlane spanks you and leaves a very nasty mark on your tuches. So funny. At least I hope so. I am perhaps putting too much pressure on the show. But some how I do not think I will be disappointed.
I like the idea of the aniamation block and yes I taped the whole two hours.
I was out stuffing my face with hamburger buns and onion rings. Thank goodness passover is done. I can get back to my deep love of yummy carbs. I was at a small market yesterday looking for early tomatoes (yes the green ones) and I found Coppola's Pastas. I normally would come home open the bag and go to town, but I had to wait. I love the idea of pasta shapes that I haven't seen before. So cool. I have a really should be fancy tasting but very easy to make sauce that I think will be perfect. Lots of fresh items. So tommorrow on my way home, I stop at the market and start up the simmering.
Although it may be just simpler to go and buy some yummy (or what sounds via his description to be yummy) sauce/gravy (can I say gravy not being Italian?).
I keep meaning to stop at Marczyk Foods (and yes it took four tries to get the spelling right when googling it... I save you the search trouble, because I really do care)and going marketing albeit gourmet marketing. Maybe tommorrow I will stop in and see what they are all about. I just wish there was a Tony's nearby.
Oooo Gena Gershon. AND Sandra Bernhard on Crossing Jordan? I suppose I may have to watch the horrific acting. Lips Tits Hips....Power.
