Well not exactly right now but I made a lasagna for meals for the week tonite. I tried a new way of making it, the way my Mother does. I hope that it turns out as good. I think I used a little too much sauce and not enough cheese. Its all about trial and error and getting it perfect. But it smells so unbelievable in my house right now. Not as good as brisket cooking, but pretty darn good. Its almost 11 in the evening and honestly I want to dig into that pan of goodness right now. But I can't I have to be good.
I have to be.
Meeting a friend for lunch tommorrow. I am really excited about it. I haven't had the time in so long and this is going to be fantastic. We may just go and get giant burritos at Chipotle or a cappucino, but either way it is going to be so good.
I have a couple other appointments but those aren't as thrilling.
Talked for like one second to a friend in Vancouver. He was about to watch 24 and I know how I am about my tv, so I don't have a clue why he called four minutes before the show started. But it was a fun four minutes. I wish he could be closer, he would be hooked up for dinner tommorrow night!
