three days...

I loved that song Three Strange Days by... oh heck who was it... oh yes.... (I didn't remember on my own mind you... I went and looked here: here) School of Fish... Mr. Josh Clayton Felt's band.... anywho...

Its been a really nutty couple of days. Monday I thought seriously I was going to quit my job and go and work at Elitches for the summer. Not a single computer was working and everyone was whining about it (except, and bless his heart, the Big Boss Man) and it was killing me. And the guy who did the networking wasn't availiable, he kept having to go into meetings. Well as it turned out, when he did come into the office around three in the afternoon, he realized he didn't completely configure the file server and administrative console. Idiot. But watch and learn has become my motto in this whole fiasco and now I know how and what to do when what happens happened.

Passover starts tonite. Not looking forward to dinner at my parents. I love my parents we have established that, but there are going to be 20 people in the dining room one of which is a member of the family that I can not stand and wish she wouldn't be there but out of town like she has been in the past. Oh well what can I do, hopefully my Mom will set up a kiddie table in the living room like she used to do and me and my brother can go and hide in there. Not likely. Sometimes being an adult totally sucks.

Trying to get everyone's speakers working now. Stupid Windows Xp. Seriously. I hate it. Configuring it is a major pain in my tuches. I would have rather have gone Windows 2000, in fact I asked about going Windows 2000 but the networking guy insisted on XP, again, not exactly listening to his client apparantly.

D2 was absolutely hillareous just now.
